Criteria to Become a Healthcare Practitioner Associate
Is your work is related to the promotion of homorne health and wellness? Then you may qualify to become a Healthcare Practitioner Associate on the YourHormones.com website (YourHormones) if you agree to and meet these criteria:

An Healthcare Practitioner Associate on YourHormones:

1. Promotes Health and Wellness as a healthcare practitioner. Healthcare practitioners may include physicians (MD, DO, DC, ND), pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered dieticians, acupuncturists, nutritionists, health advisors, health teachers, personal trainers, fitness trainers, life coaches, health coaches or other persons acting in any other therapeutic or advisory role, who have an expressed interest in helping others achieve optimal Hormone Health. These healthcare professionals are collectively called “Associates”, and are independent healthcare professionals who have associated themselves with the ideals and goals of Your Hormones, Inc.

2. Follows a Code of Ethics, which includes agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Healthcare Practitioner Associate Program Operating Agreement and associated documents (see bottom of this page), as well as the Your Hormones website Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy.

3. Recommends Only Appropriate Products or Services to patients, clients, consumers, customers, etc. (collectively called Clients), when those Clients are looking to the Healthcare Practitioner Associate for guidance, direction and support in achieving optimal Hormone Health. Only those products or services that are for the best interest of the Client are ordered, advised, recommended or promoted. Healthcare Professional Associates recognize that reccomendations for using Adreno-Mend™, Thyro-Mend™ Testo-Gain™ Estro-Mend™ Progesto-Mend™ and Testo-Quench™ should be made to address the unique needs of each patient or client, based on Hormone Health Guidelines and congruent with Integrative Protocols.

4. Assists Clients in understanding, personalizing and using the Hormone Health Guidelines Guidelines which are available for viewing by both Associates and Clients.

5. Supports the Use of Hormone Health Guidelines, and understand that the value of the Hormone Health Guidelines is the sharing of, adhering to, and advancement of well established effective guidelines for Hormone Health, and encourages Clients to be committed to following the Hormone Health Guidelines, based on the personal needs of each Client. Healthcare Practitioner Associates are encouraged to contribute to further development of Hormone Health Guidelines.

6. Will Receive Remuneration for products and services that Clients order through links to Your Hormones website that include the Associates ID or “tag”, and recognizes that the Healthcare Practitioners Associate Program uses a web-based business platform (a product & service Fulfillment solution) that helps Healthcare Practitioners reduce inventory overhead costs.

7. Practices Within Their Scope of Practice and complies with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permits, judgments, decisions, and other requirements of any governmental authority that has jurisdiction over the you, be they federal, state, county, city, or other.
