Your Hormones, Inc. is designed to connect Healthcare Practitioners with patients and clients that are looking for assistance and support for achieving optimal hormone health.
Healthcare practitioners may include physicians (MD, DO, DC, ND), pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered dieticians, acupuncturists, nutritionists, health advisors, health teachers, personal trainers, fitness trainers, life coaches, health coaches or other persons acting in any other advisory role. These healthcare practitioners are collectively called “Associates”. They are independent healthcare practitioners who have associated themselves with the ideals and goals of Your Hormones, Inc.
Healthcare Practitioners work with patients, clients, consumers, customers, etc. (collectively called "Clients") who are looking for guidance, direction and support in achieving optimal Hormone Health.
For practical purposes, the Healthcare Practitioner Associate Program is a program designed to provide both Healthcare Practitioners (Associates) and their Clients with open access to Hormone Health Guidelines while also providing a web-based business platform (a product & service fulfillment solution) that helps Healthcare Professionals reduce inventory overhead costs and helps Clients have 24 hour access to products and services successfully follow a program to optimize hormone health.
At its very core, the Healthcare Practitioner Associate Program is designed to help people connect with people for the ultimate goal of achieving true Hormone Health.
